We have arrived on the island and were greeted by some interesting characters. We would enjoy a wonderful dinner before the show.

The wine was good, and the island was like a tropical paradise.
The paths were well maintained, and it was difficult to not think that we had been bounced back in time to a period when the Aztec culture was at its peak.

We enjoyed the dinner very much, and we were beginning to understand how they justified the $150 fee for this adventure.

The scenery was exquisite and the people who kept our wine glasses full were very friendly and helpful.
As it turned out we were only one of many boats that offloaded passengers at the dock.

The sun was setting as we finished with dinner, and we were then directed to follow the lighted pathways to the theatre area.

When we got to our seats, the show had begun, and the natives were already walking among us through the audience.

I was impressed by the acrobatic skills of these guys. This was only the prelude to the show.

The main stage reminded us of an Aztec temple, and the costumes were quite elaborate and seemed pretty authentic.
It was not easy to take decent photos, but it didn’t matter because after this shot a guy tapped me on the shoulder and said that is was forbidden to take photos, so I had to put away my camera. You’ll have to take my word for it, the show was excellent.
