There have been a few spider photos on my friend's FB pages lately. My stepdad Bob said that spiders are good luck, so you should never kill them, he would capture them and take them outside. A few months ago during summer, Fred appeared in our kitchen. Fred lives behind the little ledge above our kitchen windows so you usually don't see him during the day, but at night, while Ron and I wash the dinner dishes, Fred comes out to visit and walks along the ledge looking for his dinner. If I had to look at him all day, I probably wouldn't let him stay, but since he stays hidden most of the day, I'm happy to have Fred as our roommate. Fred looks pretty imposing when he stretches out walking, but he's actually a very cool guy! |
