Our anniversary is June 16th, 1982. On Friday I bought Ron some roses and some chocolates from his favorite chocolate store “El Viejo Oso”, “The Old Bear”. Ron walked into the kitchen and had to practically push through the flowers to get at the box of chocolates, he said, “Ooooooooh, what’s this??” as he held onto the box of chocolates, I just pointed at the roses and said, “Didn’t you notice these??”
The following evening we had dinner at “Restó” a friend of Diego’s who owns this very elegant restaurant. Maria, the owner, is pregnant at the moment with twins, usually the restaurant is closed on Saturday nights so we were able to have a private party. The setting is intimate and elegant, the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary with friends.
